WordPress hosting
CheapHostIndia is shared hosting for WordPress sites aimed at people in India. You get the same three plans as the rest of the site. Install WordPress from the WordPress installer in cPanel. This is the page for choosing a plan and paying. If you want the longer checklist before you click install, read WordPress hosting in India, before you install.
You’re setting up WordPress for a site aimed at people in India. The install itself is usually a few clicks once you have hosting. What goes wrong is buying a plan without knowing the panel, whether SSL is free, or how the ₹ price works at renewal.
WordPress is PHP and a database. Almost every shared host can run it. The useful differences are the control panel, SSL, storage, how many sites you can add, and whether the price stays readable in rupees.
You need enough disk for the core files, a theme, a few plugins, and your images. A single brochure site with a small gallery fits in a few gigabytes. A site with many product photos or long blog archives needs more. You also need HTTPS. Chrome marks plain HTTP as not secure, and Google prefers HTTPS. Free SSL on the plan removes that as a separate bill.
You need a control panel you or your web person can learn once. With cPanel you can create the site, install WordPress from the WordPress installer in cPanel, manage email, and point DNS without opening a ticket for every small change. You don’t need a VPS for a normal brochure site, portfolio, or small shop. You also don’t need to decide every plugin on day one. Get HTTPS, WordPress, and a simple theme working first. Add forms, a WhatsApp button, and analytics after the homepage loads cleanly.
Price in ₹. Starter is ₹49/month, Growth is ₹69/month, and Pro is ₹99/month. Yearly is 10× monthly: ₹490, ₹690, and ₹990. The number on the card is the number you pay. There is no dollar sticker to convert at checkout.
cPanel is on every plan, including Starter. It is the panel most freelancers and agencies working on Indian sites already know, so you can hand over the login. WordPress is installed from the WordPress installer in cPanel.
Free SSL is on every plan, for the padlock in Chrome and for most payment and login flows. Standard SSL is not a separate certificate bill.
Site limits are written down. Starter is 1 website. Growth is 5 websites. Pro is unlimited websites. Match the plan to the domains you will actually run. A portfolio or one client site fits Starter. A few client sites on one account fit Growth. Several real sites fit Pro. Pro is not for parking thousands of unused domains.
Mailboxes follow the same steps. Starter includes 1 mailbox. Growth includes 5 mailboxes. Pro includes unlimited mailboxes. That mailbox is for an address such as hello@yourdomain, not a bulk-mailing engine.
Customers in India, priced in rupees. Support and billing are aimed at shops, freelancers, students, and small company pages in India. We don’t claim Indian data centres.
Starter — ₹49/mo or ₹490/year — 1 site, 5 GB SSD, 1 mailbox. Growth — ₹69/mo or ₹690/year — 5 sites, 20 GB SSD, 5 mailboxes. Pro — ₹99/mo or ₹990/year — unlimited sites, 50 GB SSD, unlimited mailboxes. Pay on a card opens that plan in the client area, in the same tab, where you choose monthly or yearly. Contact or WhatsApp if you want a pointer before you pay. Name the domain and how many sites you have.
Same three plans as the rest of the site. cPanel and free SSL on all.
Pay opens that plan in the client area, where you choose monthly or yearly.

cPanel, free SSL, and unmetered bandwidth on every plan.
If a step is unclear, write via Contact or WhatsApp and name the domain. We’ll point you to the plan that fits that site.
One free migration on your first paid order, for WordPress or a normal static site. We guide it on WhatsApp after payment. It is not a hands-off auto tool, and it does not cover email moves from every old host. Later moves are paid or out of scope unless we say otherwise. See how moving works. Order the plan first, then message us with the domain and the old host.
Pay monthly when the site is still a test: a new portfolio, a landing page, or a shop you have not shown customers yet. Pay yearly when you will keep the site. On CheapHostIndia, yearly is 10× the monthly price for twelve months. You pay for ten months and get twelve. The plan does not change with the cycle. Sites, storage, mailboxes, cPanel, and free SSL stay the same. You only change when you pay.
Read both numbers on the card before you click Pay. Monthly vs yearly web hosting in India is the longer version of that choice. Yearly is a poor fit if the project ends in a couple of months. Start monthly, and switch later if the site sticks.
Pick Starter, Growth, or Pro on the plan cards and pay. Then install WordPress from the WordPress installer in cPanel. If you want a second opinion first, use Contact or WhatsApp and name the domain. Pricing lists the same three plans. The checklist before you install is on the blog.
