1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”, “TOS”) govern all services provided by SinceNew Technologies, trading as CheapHostIndia (“CheapHostIndia”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), through https://cheaphostindia.com and related systems.

By purchasing, accessing, or using any CheapHostIndia service, you (“Customer”, “you”) confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and related policies (including Privacy Policy and Refund Policy).

If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

3. Governing law & jurisdiction

CheapHostIndia operates under Indian law. These Terms and any dispute arising from our services are governed solely by the laws of India. You agree that legal proceedings are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.

4. Services provided

CheapHostIndia provides shared web hosting and related services primarily for customers in India, priced in Indian Rupees. Current plans (Starter, Growth, Pro) and features are described on our Pricing page. These Terms exist to protect our infrastructure, customers, and service quality.

5. Resource usage

Acceptable limits apply for CPU, memory, disk, and network usage on shared hosting. Failure to comply may result in suspension, limitation, or termination of services.

6. Multiple accounts

Each customer should maintain only one CheapHostIndia customer account unless we approve otherwise in writing.

Creating multiple accounts for referral abuse, promotional exploitation, or any unfair advantage is prohibited and may result in termination and loss of credits or benefits.

7. Acceptable use & content

All CheapHostIndia services may be used for lawful purposes only. You agree not to store, distribute, or transmit content that violates Indian law or applicable regulation, and to indemnify CheapHostIndia from claims resulting from your use of the services.

Prohibited content & activities (non-exhaustive):

  • Movie streaming, upload/download, or unauthorized file-sharing sites
  • Pirated, cracked, nulled, or illegally distributed software
  • Bulk email tools or spam-related services
  • Pornographic or sexually explicit content (including indirect or linked content)
  • Hacking, cracking, exploits, brute-force tools
  • Warez or unauthorized copyrighted media
  • Content illegal under Indian law
  • Criminal activity or content threatening public safety
  • Resource-abusive applications unsuitable for shared hosting
  • Denial-of-Service (DoS/DDoS) attacks
  • Account trading or unauthorized resale
  • Spamming or unsolicited communications
  • File dumps, mirror services, or ad-server farms
  • Sale of controlled substances or unauthorized online pharmacies
  • Autosurf, HYIP, investment scam, escrow abuse, or lottery schemes
  • Cryptocurrency mining, unauthorized trading platforms, or crypto-jacking
  • Brute-force tools, IP scanners, mail bombers
  • IRC or similar abuse on shared hosting

CheapHostIndia is the sole arbiter of what constitutes a violation and may suspend or terminate services without notice where necessary to protect the platform.

8. Storage usage

Shared hosting is not intended as general-purpose file storage. You may not use hosting primarily as a video/music streaming dump, personal cloud backup vault, or large unrelated file dump. Violations may result in suspension or termination.

9. Copyright

We comply with applicable Indian copyright law. Valid infringement notices will be acted upon. Incomplete or invalid notices may be ignored.

10. System resource abuse

If an account consumes excessive system resources, we may temporarily suspend the account and/or require you to upgrade or migrate within a reasonable notice period. Cases are reviewed individually.

11. Backups & data responsibility

We may perform backups for administrative purposes. Backups are not guaranteed. You are fully responsible for maintaining your own backups. CheapHostIndia assumes no liability for data loss, corruption, or backup failure.

12. Unsolicited email (spam)

Spam is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in immediate suspension. We may charge a reasonable cleanup / investigation fee for remediation of spam or abuse incidents.

13. Support abuse

Abusive, rude, or demeaning behavior toward staff may result in suspension or termination after notice where practicable.

14. Server abuse & security

Any attempt to compromise, disrupt, or damage CheapHostIndia infrastructure or other customers is prohibited and may result in immediate termination and reporting to authorities.

15. Cancellation

Cancellations must be requested by the account owner via email to support@cheaphostindia.com or via the client area at https://my.cheaphostindia.com.

Please include the primary domain / service identifier and confirm that you have downloaded any backups you need.

16. Pricing changes

We may change prices for renewals or new purchases. It is your responsibility to review pricing and billing details. Continued use after a price change for a renewal period constitutes acceptance for that period as shown on your invoice.

17. Late payments & non-payment

A. Domain names (if purchased through us)

  • Domains may become inactive after the due date
  • A grace / redemption period may apply per registry rules
  • Late fees or redemption fees (if any) are non-refundable
  • Domain availability after expiry is not guaranteed

B. Hosting services

  • Hosting may be suspended after the payment due date
  • Hosting may be terminated after prolonged non-payment (typically up to 30 days, unless stated otherwise on your invoice)
  • After termination, data may be permanently deleted with no recovery
  • Data recovery during suspension, if offered, may require payment of outstanding fees plus any reactivation charge we notify

We are not liable for data loss due to non-payment.

18. Free domain (if applicable)

If a plan includes a free domain:

  • It must be ordered as part of the qualifying signup
  • Free period is typically the first year only
  • Renewal fees apply thereafter
  • Terms are non-transferable except as required by registry rules

19. Money-back guarantee & refunds

A 30-day money-back guarantee applies to eligible shared web hosting as described in our Refund Policy. The 30-day period runs from the payment date.

Exclusions include (among others) domains, renewals, upgrades, add-ons, setup or external fees, and any service outside the Refund Policy. Refunds are void if these Terms are violated. Outside the guarantee, payments are non-refundable unless required by law.

Account credits, if issued: non-refundable, non-transferable, and may expire (typically two years from last cancellation of hosting, or as stated when issued).

20. Migrations

If we agree to migrate a site for you, scope and any fees will be confirmed in writing before work starts. Domain registrar transfers are separate from hosting migration.

21. Enforcement & termination

Failure to comply may result in suspension, termination, and/or content removal. We may terminate services with or without notice when required for security, abuse, or legal reasons. Upon termination, we are not obliged to retain your data.

22. Changes to these Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time by publishing an updated version on our website. Continued use of the services after publication constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
