Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to web hosting services sold by SinceNew Technologies, trading as CheapHostIndia (“CheapHostIndia”, “we”, “us”), through https://cheaphostindia.com and related systems.

1. Money-back guarantee scope

CheapHostIndia offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for eligible shared web hosting plans (Starter, Growth, Pro).

The 30-day period begins from the payment date of the first eligible hosting purchase (not from a later renewal date).

No other products or services are eligible for a refund under this policy unless we state otherwise in writing.

This guarantee applies only to the first web hosting service purchased by a customer under this account.

2. How to request a cancellation / refund

To be eligible:

  • Submit a cancellation / refund request by email to support@cheaphostindia.com, or via the client area at https://my.cheaphostindia.com.
  • The request must be submitted at least 24 hours before the end of the 30-day period from the payment date.
  • You may indicate whether you want the service stopped immediately or at the end of the current billing period.

Failure to request within the required timeframe voids refund eligibility under this guarantee.

3. Refund eligibility conditions

A refund will be issued only if all of the following are met:

  • The request is made within 30 days of the first payment date
  • The request relates to a recurring shared web hosting plan (Starter, Growth, or Pro)
  • The request relates to the first hosting service purchased
  • The account has not violated our Terms & Conditions or related policies
  • The request is based on a service or support issue with CheapHostIndia (not third-party software, your own content, or domain registrar rules outside our control)

Failure to meet any condition may result in denial of the refund.

4. Non-refundable items

The following are non-refundable under all circumstances:

  • Domain name registrations, renewals, transfers, or redemptions
  • VPS, dedicated servers, or any non–shared-web-hosting services (if offered)
  • Setup fees, migration fees, or external service charges
  • One-time services or add-ons
  • Renewals, upgrades, or additional purchases beyond the first eligible hosting service
  • Account credits, promotional credits, or goodwill credits
  • Taxes, GST, payment gateway fees, or processing charges (to the extent not refundable by the payment provider)

5. Free domain deductions (if applicable)

If a hosting plan includes a free domain and you cancel hosting within the first year:

  • A non-refundable domain registration fee may be deducted from any refund
  • Applicable taxes and payment gateway fees may also be deducted
  • Only any remaining amount (if any) will be refunded

Newly registered domains remain subject to registry / ICANN transfer rules (including common 60-day transfer locks).

6. Account suspension & data

Once a cancellation is processed:

  • The service may be suspended immediately or at period end, as agreed
  • After cancellation, account data (files, databases, emails, backups on our systems) may be permanently deleted
  • We are not responsible for data loss after suspension or termination; keep your own backups

7. Abuse, fraud & chargebacks

Refund eligibility is void if we detect abuse, spam, prohibited activity, fraudulent payment, or a chargeback / payment dispute opened without first contacting support@cheaphostindia.com.

We may deny refunds and terminate accounts involved in abuse or fraud.

8. Refund method & timing

Approved refunds are issued only to the original payment method, where the payment provider allows.

Processing time depends on the bank / payment gateway and is outside CheapHostIndia’s control. We do not guarantee a fixed timeline once we have released the refund to the provider.

9. Final authority

CheapHostIndia (SinceNew Technologies) reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests in line with this policy. Decisions under this policy are final, subject to applicable Indian law.
