Fair-use limits and the acceptable use rules apply to Lifetime prepaid the same way they apply to other shared hosting. Abuse may terminate the service, with no Lifetime prepaid refund after day 10.

The purchase is not transferable except where the law requires or we approve it in writing, and it does not transfer the service to another company.

Lifetime prepaid can be refunded for 10 days from the payment date. Monthly and yearly plans keep a 30-day window from the payment date.
The 10-day window applies to the first Lifetime prepaid on the account, with no Terms or abuse violation. Request it by email to support@cheaphostindia.com or in the client area at https://my.cheaphostindia.com at least 24 hours before the window ends. After day 10, the payment is non-refundable except where Indian law requires a refund.
Domains and add-ons are not included unless they are on the order. Domain renewals stay recurring.
